Can non-members make reservations?
Of course. Those who do not wish to register as members can make reservations at regular prices. Please note that member discounts and points cannot be applied.
Is there a membership fee or annual fee?
Membership and annual fees are free.
How do I join?
You can apply online. Please register from "Member Registration".
I can't log in.
If you enter the wrong password multiple times, your account will be locked. In that case, it will be automatically unlocked after one hour, so please try again after some time.
I forgot my password.
Click "Login" and then click "If you forgot your password, click here" below to reset your password.
I want to change my registered member information.
Click "Login" and you can change it on the "Check/Change Customer Information" page.
Is there an expiration date for member points?

〈For reservations made by April 30, 2023〉
Points granted within one year from the month of membership registration will expire 25 months after the month of membership registration.
Example: If you join on December 1, 2020, points granted by November 30, 2021, will expire on December 31, 2022, and will expire on January 1, 2023. Also, for this membership date, points granted from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2023, will expire on December 31, 2024, and will expire on January 1, 2025.

〈For reservations made after May 1, 2023〉
Points will expire 25 months after the check-out date of each reservation.
Example: For a reservation checked out on June 1, 2023, the points granting date is June 4, three days later, and the points expiration date is 25 months after June 1, 2023.
Note that each granted point has an expiration date.

How can I use member points?
Points can be used in units of 1 point = 1 yen from 100 points or more. Please note that points cannot be used if the number of points held is less than 100 points or if less than 100 points are used.
I want to withdraw from membership.
You can withdraw from the "Check/Change Customer Information" page on My Page. Please note that all member information will be deleted and all points held will expire upon withdrawal.

Hiyori Hotels & Resorts Club Membership Terms

1. Name

The name of this membership organization is "Hiyori Hotels & Resorts Club", and it is operated by Sun Frontier Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and its group companies.

2. Members

Hiyori Hotels & Resorts Club members are individuals who have approved these terms and have joined through the procedures specified in Article 3 of these terms.

3. How to Join

  1. 1. Those who wish to join should register their email address, password, and other necessary information on the official website operated by our company. Membership registration must be done by the individual themselves, providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves, and cannot be done by a proxy.
  2. 2. For those whose membership has been canceled in the past or those deemed inappropriate by our company, we may refuse approval or cancel it even after approval. If it is found that a member holds multiple memberships, we may cancel the duplicate memberships at our discretion.
  3. 3. Members are responsible for managing their passwords and must not lend, transfer, or sell their email address and password to third parties. Members are responsible for any damages caused by inadequate management of their email address and password, and our company is not liable.

4. Membership Fee

Membership and annual fees are free.

5. About Member Points

Member points are granted when reservations are made while logged in on the official Hiyori Hotels & Resorts website or the official websites of affiliated hotels. Points granted can only be used for accommodation reservations made through the official website. They cannot be used for restaurant or shop usage at the hotel.
* Some special rates, contract rates, etc., may not be eligible for points.

  1. Membership and member points cannot be lent, transferred, purchased, or deposited to others.
  2. If fraudulent use or double issuance of member points is discovered, the member will lose all membership qualifications, points, and other benefits.
  3. Member points are eligible for accumulation from reservations made after membership registration. Reservations made before registration are not eligible.
  4. Points are granted at 1:00 AM three days after checkout.

  5. Point Expiration Rules

  7. The point granting rate may change without notice.
  8. Receipts for using points will show the total amount minus the points used. Example: Accommodation fee: 10,000 yen, Points used: 2,000 yen, Receipt amount: 8,000 yen. If you wish to have a receipt with the total amount, we will issue a private receipt with the breakdown of points used in the remarks.
  9. Even if the conditions for granting points are met, points cannot be granted upon request after checkout.

6. Member Benefits

Some benefits can be received by presenting the member's My Page on a smartphone or mobile phone when using the benefits. These benefits are available only to members who make reservations directly through the official website, by phone, or by email. Additionally, customers who make reservations through booking sites or travel agencies and register as members at check-in can receive benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, and discounts at directly managed restaurants for the first time only (excluding point grants). For detailed information on member benefits, please check the official Hiyori Hotels & Resorts website. Please note that the content of the benefits may change without notice. Also, some benefits may not be available at certain hotels.

7. Prohibited Actions

① Members must not engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following actions, either by themselves or through a third party, when using this service. If such actions are discovered, the member will lose their membership.

  1. 1. Actions that violate laws, court judgments, decisions or orders, or legally binding administrative measures
  2. 2. Actions that are contrary to public order and morals, or actions that provide information contrary to public order and morals to third parties
  3. 3. Actions that provide benefits or other cooperation to antisocial forces
  4. 4. Actions that infringe on the rights, interests, or honor of our company, our group companies, or third parties
  5. 5. Actions that harm the safety or mental health of our company, our group companies, or third parties through abusive language, threats, or other means
  6. 6. Actions that impersonate a third party or intentionally transmit false information
  7. 7. Actions that illegally collect, disclose, or provide personal information or other privacy-related information of third parties
  8. 8. Actions that induce malfunctions, unauthorized access, place excessive burdens on the system, create or hold multiple accounts, or other similar actions
  9. 9. Actions that use, create, or distribute harmful programs or external tools that have unintended effects on this service
  10. 10. Actions for profit without the consent of our company, through or related to this service
  11. 11. Other actions that are significantly inappropriate in light of social norms and deemed inappropriate by our company

② Members must not transfer, lend, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under these terms to third parties.

8. Loss and Cancellation of Membership

If our company determines that a member falls under any of the following items, we may take measures such as suspending the use of this service, changing the login ID and password, or canceling the membership without prior notice. Our company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the member as a result, except in cases where our company is at fault.

  1. 1. If there are false statements or deficiencies in the required registration information
  2. 2. If it is found that the member is deceased or does not exist
  3. 3. If it is found that the member has been suspended from using all or part of this service or has been expelled due to violations of these terms in the past
  4. 4. If it is found that the member is a member of an antisocial force or has close ties with antisocial forces
  5. 5. If the member engages in violence, injury, coercion, threats, extortion, fraud, or similar actions, or makes unreasonable demands
  6. 6. If it is recognized that the member is likely to engage in actions contrary to public order and morals, or is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other users
  7. 7. If there is fraudulent activity related to the use of this service or benefits
  8. 8. If the member cannot be contacted despite reasonable communication efforts

9. Changes to Registration Information

If there are changes to the address, contact information, or other registration information, please update it through our official website.

10. Withdrawal

To withdraw, please complete the procedure on the "Check/Change Customer Information" page within the member's My Page. Withdrawal is complete when the procedure is finished.

11. Handling of Personal Information

We will handle personal information obtained in connection with the use of this service by members appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy (https://www.sfhm.co.jp/policy/).

12. Changes to Terms

  1. 1. We may change the terms (including benefits) without prior notice, so please check the latest terms on the official website when using the service. Any changes will be announced on the official website.
  2. 2. If a member uses this service after the date of notification of the revision of these terms, the member is deemed to have agreed to the revision of these terms.
  3. 3. We may transfer the business related to this service to a third party, or succeed it through mergers or company splits, and transfer the status, rights, and obligations under these terms to the transferee. Members agree to such transfers in advance.

13. About Affiliated Hotels

Hotels listed in the affiliated hotel list may be excluded from affiliated hotels after prior notice on this site.

14. Termination of Hiyori Hotels & Resorts

"Hiyori Hotels & Resorts Club" may be terminated after notifying members in advance on the official website, etc.
