Membership registration must be done by the individual themselves, providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves, and cannot be done by a proxy.
- 2. For those whose membership has been canceled in the past or those deemed inappropriate by our company, we may refuse approval or cancel it even after approval. If it is found that a member holds multiple memberships, we may cancel the duplicate memberships at our discretion.

8. Loss and Cancellation of Membership

Membership will be canceled and all benefits will be lost if any of the following apply. Notification to the relevant member will be omitted.
① If the member requests to withdraw.
② If the member passes away.
③ If false declarations were made at the time of membership registration.
④ If the contact information such as address or phone number becomes unknown.
⑤ If the accommodation fee or other charges under the hotel terms are not paid or payment is delayed.
⑥ If the hotel terms and usage rules are not followed, significantly damaging the hotel's reputation and disrupting order.
⑦ If harm or damage is caused to other guests, the hotel, or hotel employees, regardless of the reason.
⑧ If there is an act that violates these membership terms.
[After Change] If our company determines that a member falls under any of the following items, we may take measures such as suspending the use of this service, changing the login ID and password, or canceling the membership without prior notice. Our company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the member as a result, except in cases where our company is at fault.
- 1. If there are false statements or deficiencies in the required registration information
- 2. If it is found that the member is deceased or does not exist
- 3. If it is found that the member has been suspended from using all or part of this service or has been expelled due to violations of these terms in the past
- 4. If it is found that the member is a member of an antisocial force or has close ties with antisocial forces
- 5. If the member engages in violence, injury, coercion, threats, extortion, fraud, or similar actions, or makes unreasonable demands
- 6. If it is recognized that the member is likely to engage in actions contrary to public order and morals, or is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other users
- 7. If there is fraudulent activity related to the use of this service or benefits
- 8. If the member cannot be contacted despite reasonable communication efforts

[Before Change] To withdraw, please complete the procedure on the "Check/Change Customer Information" page within the member's My Page. Withdrawal is complete when the procedure is finished.

Members will immediately lose all rights related to this service (including held points and issued vouchers) upon withdrawal or loss of membership for any reason.
11. Handling of Personal Information

Member name, age, gender, date of birth, contact address, contact phone number, and other information entered at the time of membership registration
- 2. Information related to member accommodation reservations
- 3. Accommodation and payment history at "Hiyori Hotels & Resorts" for point accumulation

Sun Frontier Hotel Management Inc. and its group companies will use personal information for the following purposes.- 1. Hotel operation and related service provision
- 2. Handling member accommodation reservations and check-ins
- 3. Contacting and sending necessary information for legitimate business activities
- 4. Sending promotional materials
- 5. Use for marketing activities and product development
- 6. Outsourcing part of the handling of personal information to external companies to achieve the above purposes (In this case, we will select contractors with sufficient protection levels, conduct necessary and appropriate supervision, and ensure proper protection levels for personal information.)

7 Prohibited Actions
① Members must not engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following actions, either by themselves or through a third party, when using this service. If such actions are discovered, the member will lose their membership.
- 1. Actions that violate laws, court judgments, decisions or orders, or legally binding administrative measures
- 2. Actions that are contrary to public order and morals, or actions that provide information contrary to public order and morals to third parties
- 3. Actions that provide benefits or other cooperation to antisocial forces
- 4. Actions that infringe on the rights, interests, or honor of our company, our group companies, or third parties
- 5. Actions that harm the safety or mental health of our company, our group companies, or third parties through abusive language, threats, or other means
- 6. Actions that impersonate a third party or intentionally transmit false information
- 7. Actions that illegally collect, disclose, or provide personal information or other privacy-related information of third parties
- 8. Actions that induce malfunctions, unauthorized access, place excessive burdens on the system, create or hold multiple accounts, or other similar actions
- 9. Actions that use, create, or distribute harmful programs or external tools that have unintended effects on this service
- 10. Actions for profit without the consent of our company, through or related to this service
- 11. Other actions that are significantly inappropriate in light of social norms and deemed inappropriate by our company
② Members must not transfer, lend, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under these terms to third parties.
